Fantastique Playing Cards

Inspired by the art of magic and the grand stage illusions performed by the great magicians of the eighteenth century. This unique deck features thirteen custom backs that create a flipbook-like animation when riffled between the hands depicting the classic "Sawing in Half" illusion while an Orange Tree blossoms between. A marvelous feat  of both illusion and design, hand illustrated by Ukrainian artist, Sveta Dorosheva.

Other features include a custom ace of spades, two jokes and an extra card that can be made into a Thaumatrope optical toy. Housed inside a letterpress-printed tuck box.
