Two Brass The Hyperboloid Burr is two solid brass puzzles in one. The pieces are all identical and resemble brass balusters or candlesticks. Assemble six of the pieces to create a classic burr design that comes apart quite easily. However, if you assemble all seven pieces, the puzzle "snaps" together into a sturdy brass knot that weighs in at three-quarters of a pound.
Fans of the Jack Puzzle or Kumiki Puzzle will appreciate this handsome burr for its thoughtful design and scientific precision manufacturing. According to the craftsmen, the tolerances for this puzzle were absolutely critical. A mere 0.03mm tighter or looser and the seven-piece version of the puzzle would not be possible.
